When Latasha reached out to me for her newborn session, I was a little hesitant because it has been a long time since I photographed a 1-month-old! I am so glad I said yes because Ellie wasn’t just a one-month-old, she was a preemie who spent some time in the NICU! She was a dream baby and slept through her entire session. She gave me smile after smile and I am so glad I got to snuggle her!

I am not sure what I loved more, snuggling Jamir or his having his sweet older brother Jordan in the studio! Both boys were a dream to photograph! I think Jamir looks fantastic in this beautiful sage color.

When I tell you it felt SO good to get back to snuggling some babies, I mean it felt GOOD! Hank was the absolute sweetest and I couldn’t get enough of his old man wrinkles, furry back, and sweet face!

Has it been FOUR YEARS?! I can’t believe how fast time has flown. I honestly didn’t think I would be reopening EVER. When the opportunity presented itself, my heart just couldn’t stay away. Photography was the one job where I felt truly happy and where my hard work and passion helped me capture memories. I could not be happier to be back at it and I am proud to announce our studio is open and we are taking clients full time!
